I don't know where to start with this great company. I chose the company from the google feedback but I was slightly apprehensive as they had 40 of 5 stars... read more review which is not something usual to see but if I can give Usie and his colleagues 10 stars then I would. I will try and summarise their service below: Communications: Usie is very friendly and polite. There is never a "No" when you ask him to do something, he always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done and done well. The company has great communication and very responsive. He hardly ever misses a call. Quality: Usie is a professional decorator and you can see that with his work and the attention to detail he has. Even the little stuff that sometimes missed he would go back and sort it out. Usie and his friends also came a few days after they finished the job to ensure all is well and sorted little tiny bits. I am not sure how many coats of paint they did but I've never seen the wood looks so white and great. The walls look amazing with the corners all looking sharp. Timing: the company staff is extremely punctual. They are always in between 8 and 9 unless they let you know in advance. They are extremely hard working stay as long as they need to work, one days they finished at 8:30. Price: We had a really good price for the work we needed. It was much better than other companies and they did a lot more than I expected. The plastering job was not great and the wood work had loads of faults in it. Usie and his friends spent at least 2 days just filling all the defects sanding and preparing all the rooms and hallway with such great care. I was even surprised about how much work they did, when I asked them if the money is enough for the work they did, their response was that they don't ask for more money once they give the price. I was amazed by their attitude. Security: Everyone who was involved was very honest and safe. I was able to leave the house all day and I had no worry at all. This company is great and pleasure to have at your house. I feel very lucky to have chosen them.

He gave us a very reasonable quote considering how much work needed doing, so we booked him in. He worked for 5 days without charging us extra, even though he only anticipated the job would take 3 days. He was polite and friendly from start to finish and an absolute perfectionist, no one could have done a better job with our wallpaper, especially considering we have quite an unusual room layout. I would strongly recommend Usie for anyone looking to have decorating done and will absolutely be using him in the future.

He was able to give us a fair price for the removal, and diarised us quickly in to his schedule. He brought an entire team in and removed the woodchip over a weekend. He and his team did a great job. the plaster was intact, and they took great care to help us. They were professional and usie was trustworthy to work with.
