PaintWaller Ltd was founded by Usie Mulat, a fine artist, cinematography graduate and City & Guilds-qualified painter and decorator. That unusual combination shapes every project: colour is considered in relation to light, proportion and atmosphere, while preparation and application follow professional decorating standards.
